Super D3. What is it?
The ‘sunshine vitamin’, or Vitamin D3 as it is known, is a fat soluble vitamin which has been shown to help with bone health and improve the immune system.
Vitamin D3 comes from sunlight, so soaking up some rays can be a great way to increase your body’s natural amount of vitamin D3. This is not a problem if you live in a tropical or hot country, but for those of us who live in cloudy European countries and may not get as much sun as we would like, supplementing with vitamin D3 is a sure fire way to get the recommended dose.
Vitamin D3 is a fat soluble vitamin, meaning it needs fats to absorbed to its full potential. We have included a high quality coconut oil derived from MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil, to aid the absorption into the bloodstream of our Vitamin D3. This makes D3 very versatile as it can be taken with or without food.
VEGAN FRIENDLY
We have encased our Super D3 in a vegetarian capsule, meaning it is suitable for vegans and can be used by anyone looking to increase their vitamin levels.
High absorption, we have included 50mg of MCT oil yielding 35mg of coconut oil into each capsule of Vitamin D3, this ensures maximum absorption regardless of the time of day it is taken.
Super D3 should be taken at a dose of no more than 2 capsules daily, most people will find 1 capsule daily to be sufficient for general health & well being. Anyone with a deficiency or ailment can increase this to 2 capsules daily.
