It gaining muscle was as easy as lifting a tonne of weight and eating a bucket load of protein.
Unfortunately putting muscle is hard work, much harder than losing weight. It takes years of dedication, hard work and consistency to add muscle.
Sometimes it’s not always about doing more in hope of building more muscle.
🚫More protein does not equal more gainzzzzz
🚫Doing loads of sets and reps is not the answer, recovery is often overlooked but is essential for muscle growth especially if you are a natural athlete.
Instead focus on
✅Quality of the work in the gym not the quantity
✅Eating the required amount of protein (2 x bodyweight kg)
✅Eating in a calorie surplus
Be patient, consistent, manage training volume, recover and eat to grow
