What you see on the outside is very different to what’s happening on the inside. This year I am challenging myself by being more vulnerable, to show you who Tom Wellman really is.
I have always struggled with my confidence, being shy and having anxiety daily. Trying to hide it can be tiring, so that’s one of the reasons why I wanted to talk openly . I don’t have anything to hide, but I want people to be able to relate, as I know a lot of you struggle with the same things. At the end of the day we are only human.
I also wanted to get away from the term ‘alpha male’ especially in the fitness industry where is all about ego and how much you can bench 🙄 behind all the muscles and grunting, it’s ok to have low confidence or self esteem, it’s NORMAL.
