Think about the best approach for you. Whether that’s aggressive dieting…achieving really good results early on which is the motivation you need to keep moving forward. More of a flexible, lifestyle approach to ‘dieting’ maybe better suited to you.

It’s not about being hardcore and really dedicated, but finding a method of exercise/dieting that you enjoy and can adhere to. Create consistency, not perfection. There will be times that you are not perfect, so? You are human. That won’t decide your results, it’s what you do next that will determine your success.
